Use of RepBite

These Terms govern your use of RepBite and the related website. By using RepBite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

You are responsible for the information you enter into RepBite and for using the app in a lawful, safe, and responsible way.

Fitness and Nutrition Notice

RepBite provides general fitness, workout, calorie, macro, and nutrition planning support. RepBite does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

Consult a qualified health professional before starting a new workout, changing your diet, using nutrition targets, or relying on app suggestions if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, eating disorder history, allergy, or any other health concern.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features may require an auto-renewing subscription or other in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the App Store purchase flow before confirmation.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Apple handles refund requests according to its App Store policies.

AI-Generated Results

RepBite uses AI-assisted features for workouts, meal planning, food estimates, and related outputs. AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances. Review all outputs before acting on them.

Barcode and meal photo nutrition values are estimates and can differ from product labels, serving sizes, preparation methods, and real nutrient content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse RepBite, including by:

  • Attempting to bypass subscription, entitlement, rate limit, or security controls.
  • Submitting harmful, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Using automated requests or scraping against the service without permission.
  • Interfering with the app, website, backend, or other users.

Availability and Changes

RepBite may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Online features depend on network access, service providers, App Store availability, and backend systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepBite is provided as is and without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for injuries, health outcomes, lost data, service interruptions, indirect damages, or decisions made based on app outputs.

Apple

If you downloaded RepBite from the App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app, support, claims, or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as required by App Store rules.
